They can be used for dust collection in dusty environments, offering mobile dust extraction without the need for piping, saving costs and significantly improving convenience and mobility.
Suitable for applications such as sandblasting, grinding, woodworking, polishing, cutting, etc., for collecting dust, cotton fibers, and wood chips.
When a centrifugal fan is working, the power source (mainly an electric motor) drives the impeller to rotate inside the volute casing. Air is drawn in through the suction port at the center of the impeller.
Due to the dynamic action of the blades on the gas, the gas pressure and velocity are increased, and under the action of centrifugal force, the gas is thrown along the flow path to the casing and discharged from the exhaust port. Because the gas flow in the impeller is mainly in the radial plane, it is also called a radial flow fan.
With the progress and development of the times, people were no longer satisfied with the pressure and airflow requirements of centrifugal blowers, and the noise of centrifugal blowers became an increasingly troublesome issue in factories. Therefore, Japan first introduced a fully enclosed side-channel blower, which is now the high-pressure blower (vortex vacuum pump). This blower, with its compact appearance and low noise, first met the social demand for high-pressure blowers at that time.
Later, this blower was upgraded, developing into single-stage, double-stage, and three-stage impeller high-pressure blowers. High-pressure blowers quickly sparked an environmental protection boom in the fan industry in China. They are widely used in industry and agriculture, covering infrastructure construction, environmental protection, automotive industry, electroplating industry, aquaculture, industrial dust collection, packaging machinery industry, printing machinery industry, plastics industry, chemical industry, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, medical industry, electrical and electronic industry, light industry and textiles, shipbuilding and railways, and aerospace engineering, making our world more environmentally friendly.
